The scheme comprises of a new build single storey dwelling situated on three levels following the contours of the land and utilises sedum roofs, larch cladding and grey aluminium windows to further soften the buildings impact on the surrounding landscape. The sedum roof also provides sustainable drainage and ecological benefits.

The scheme is highly insulated and benefits from ground source heating to help lessen the buildings carbon footprint (and energy bills once complete).

We look forward to seeing the completed scheme towards the end of the year.
