Residential Development – Bratton Lodge

We have worked closely with our clients here over the last 2 years to develop a scheme on this most unique suite a mile or two outside Wincanton.

The project consists of the main house over 2 and a half levels along with a second smaller dwelling and a most luxurious bat house.

The design is contemporary with state of the art heat recovery and rainwater harvesting systems and utilises the sloping site to take the maximum advantage of the views.

Our role in this project is continuing through the build process and started at inception stage. We are delighted to be working with this client and the contractor on site to ensure that their vision is fulfilled.
