Conversion and extension of garage into holiday let accommodation.

The garage was converted and the first floor enlarged through the introduction of three large gables to enhance the space available.

The ground floor now benefits from an open plan kitchen, living and dining space which enjoys direct access onto it’s own private patio whilst the en-suite bedroom upstairs takes advantage of it’s elevated position from it’s own Juliet balcony overlooking the gardens..
